Waterfront dining

Curated boutique
The boutique that extends the Saylor experience past the table. Handwoven textiles, ceramics, resort wear, and finds sourced from makers around the world. A stop, not a souvenir shop.
Greenport & Bahamas
A North Fork institution that's been drawing people to the water for generations, now with a second home in the Bahamas. Dockside dining, live music, late nights that don't rush you out, and marina access for anyone who arrives by boat. Greenport and Bahamas are two distinct properties with their own crowd and their own energy.
Events & catering
Housed in the former Claudio's Tavern space, built around one goal: giving every guest an event shaped around them. Onsite hosting or offsite catering, from backyards to boats. The client sets the vision, and the team runs the room.
Celeste’s story
Celeste Fierro has spent her career on the floor, not behind a desk. She helped grow STK into one of the country’s best known dining brands, and helped shape what people now call vibe dining: where the room feels as good as the food tastes.
ENVY Hospitality Group is a team effort, but Celeste is the through line. She’s Managing Partner of Claudio’s Greenport and Claudio’s Bahamas. Her latest project, Saylor Beach House, co-founded with longtime friend and Grammy-nominated pop icon Taylor Dayne, is already a go-to spot on Long Island’s North Fork.
